Workshops

Workshops are 60- 90-minute sessions for small or large groups that educate about the importance of body mindfulness and its practical application in everyday life. They are grounded in the Energy Cycle and effective for parents, educators, and college students.

    (7 senses, connection between the senses, our nervous system, and emotional regulation)

  • What is a Sensory Diet & What Role Does Mindfulness Play (practical tools for proactively providing the nervous system with “nourishment” that supports emotional regulation and flow)
